Detailed Planning Services
Full Service Planning – planning and managing the entire event from beginning to end. All detailed services listed are included.
Partial Planning – coordination of up to three specific elements needed to produce an event. The duties that are needed will be at the client’s discretion.
Day-of Coordinating – on site day or evening coordination of an event. The planner will direct and manage the event setup, vendors and guests as needed by the client.
Destination Event Planning – planning and managing events located out of the tri-state area. A planner will be on location as needed by the client to implement all event needs.
Consulting – research event services and professionals to produce an event within the clients needs. The planner will provide the client with all the details and contact information needed for the event service and/or professional.

Patricia Clark Catering
Patricia Clark Catering is a small events catering company, serving cocktail parties up to 125 people and seated dinners up to 50 people, in NYC.
Chef Patricia has a classic French cooking degree from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program and incorporates traditional cooking techniques with a fresh, healthy and modern style. Patricia has catered parties across the US as well as in several major European cities, the French Indes, Mexico, and North Africa.
She and her staff do everything possible to make you feel like a guest at your party and very happy about your life!
I bring a high level of energy to every shoot. I am a young, fresh wedding photographer – I like to have fun and create images that highlight your love in the most beautiful way.
My style is modern – I like bright colors and intense black and whites. I love to pose people, and I love to capture the day as it unravels. I have been editing and taking images for over five years. I have training in graphic design and a love for New Media and photography. I shoot with top of the line equipment and take pride in delivering you images that will WOW you!
